・All participants are required to register in advance. Registration will only be accepted online through the conference website.

・A 6% administrative fee will apply to cancellations for which a refund is issued.
・Please refer to the cancellation deadline below to check the refund conditions.
・Cancellation requests received by September 10: We will issue a refund minus a 6% processing fee.
・Cancellation requests received on or after September 11: As a general rule, no refunds will be issued.
・Please note that the name shown on your credit card statement will be “PAYVENT.”
・Email inquiries regarding cancellations and related matters will be accepted from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Japan Standard Time.
